This Privacy Policy describes how Hawaii or Hell LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit or make a purchase from hawaiinorhell.com (the "Site").

Order fulfillment: We share your name and shipping address with Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, solely to produce and ship your order. Printful does not use your data for marketing purposes.

Automatically collected information: When you visit the Site, we collect standard web log data including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL. This is collected via Shopify's built-in analytics.

Email Communications

If you opt into our newsletter or marketing emails, we use Klaviyo to manage those communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for advertising.

We do not currently run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this Site.
